Everybody needs something different to make their home work for them. Whether you just want some advice or you'd like us to manage the total transformation of your space, we start with an initial in-home consultation. We are transparent with our pricing to ensure you are comfortable with the amount you are investing in our services.

INITIAL DESIGN CONSULTATION
$585 for in-home consultation with new clients
This is the first step we take with many clients. You may be looking to start a remodel or room refresh. Or perhaps you have a challenge to address and you’re just stuck trying to figure out what to do next.
Prior to this consultation, we’ll need to understand your design goals so we’ll send you a few questions to answer beforehand. We may also ask you to send photos prior to the consultation to help maximize our time together. During the in-home consultation, you'll have up to two hours for us to help you address your specific interior design challenges which may include:

Furniture ideas (what to keep, recover or replace)

Home styling ideas

Lighting options
-
Artwork suggestions
Afterwards, we will provide a brief written summary of our discussion.
If all you need is advice, that's great! There's no commitment for any additional services. If you need more, we'd love to transform your home for you.
We ask that payment be made at the time of consultation.
This consultation can be handled virtually, if you prefer.
This consultation pricing only applies to locations within Maricopa County.
FLAT FEE FOR PROJECTS
Pricing based on scope of project
After the initial in-home consultation, we'd love to help you transform your home. Based on a clearly stated project scope, we will provide a flat fee estimate that we will mutually agree upon with you. This way, there are no surprises regarding the investment in our services.
If the scope of the project changes, we will simply provide a change order reflecting the new investment amount.
This flat fee is for our services only and does not include hard costs or the cost of services provided by others. Furniture removal and furniture delivery costs are also not included.
